Solkiki are one of Europe's very few Craft Chocolatemakers who make their chocolate from bean to bar (or cacao butter to bar) without any industrial couverture. Solkiki use specially designated fine-flavour or heirloom beans from the World's rarest trees that comprise around 2% of the industry. Craft Chocolatemakers like Solkiki employ their alchemy to turn unroasted beans into finished bars (bean-to-bar) personally performing every step of the intricate and creative process.
