Whilst we, business partners Fiona and Paul, are not new to the food festival market scene we are a new business, making our debut outing at the Surrey Food Festival, so, particularly honoured to be here.
Our products are (mainly organic) hot porridge, sweet and savoury
recipes, and English "raclette", served hot on bread rolls or over
potatoes - but also organic packaged cheeses (including the raclette to
take home) and complimentary foods, pickles etc, from organic producers
around England. We also sell packaged coffee (not all organic) under our
own label but produced, that is roasted and blended, in England. Our aim
is to be a retail outlet for small producers of speciality products
which cannot be found in mainstream supermarkets and who seek a wider
market than their local area."
