Distillers of Surrey Limited

Distillers of Surrey are fast approaching their first anniversary and what a journey it has been so far! Founder, Simon Sherlock, took the plunge and decided to go it alone in the Spirits industry, launching in June 2018 in the heart of Surrey: Ripley with its two debut Editions: Sherlock & Sons, Solstice and Nautical.
Such was the success of the launch and subsequent support from local businesses and customers, that Distillers of Surrey were nominated as finalists in the prestigious Surrey Life Awards as Best Newcomer. “We were absolutely thrilled” said Simon “To have that level of recognition and backing at just 8 weeks into our journey was a real privilege.”
Distillers of Surrey have gone on to launch their third gin in their artisan line up, Sherlock & Sons Aromatic Edition which is a beautifully elegant and savoury experience, featuring tones of olives, rosemary, bay, tea and oregano. This Edition has its roots firmly set in the UK and has seen Distillers of Surrey partner up with some local businesses in Surrey, The Clock House, Ripley and The Priory, Reigate. “It is a cornerstone of our businesses ethos to support local where we can” said Simon “so we go above and beyond to source from the UK, from our design team, to labels, to packaging, to botanicals.” The Aromatic Edition is distilled with olives from Sussex, tea from the UKs first commercial tea planation in Cornwall, Rosemary from The Priory and Bay from their friends at The Clock House, Ripley.
