You’ll see these veg in a whole new light once you realise just how much joy and power they can bring to your cooking and eating. Celia will be cooking with April’s star seasonal SuperVeg - asparagus, showing you some simple and delicious vegan recipes.

Even frozen peas, lettuce, mushrooms, onions, and pickled beetroot - they can all help you live longer. Celia will surprise you with facts and tricks as she demonstrates easy ways to get more veg in you. Focussing on April’s seasonal SuperVeg asparagus, Celia will provide you with easy, delicious recipe to replicate at home, such as Asparagus with polenta crumb and Roasted asparagus and egg with sesame balsamic.
